Summary

This study aims to find the best way to control advanced liver cancer. It tests whether a one-time targeted radiation treatment to the liver works better when followed by one of two standard drug combinations. The goal is to see which sequence keeps the cancer from growing longer and helps patients live longer with a manageable quality of life.
