New timing strategy tested for tough liver cancers
NCT ID NCT07285850
Summary
This study is testing whether giving two cancer drugs one after the other (sequential) works better or worse than giving them at the same time (concurrent) for people with advanced liver cancer who also have fatty liver disease. It will involve 20 participants and aims to see which approach helps control the cancer longer and with fewer side effects. The research also looks at how the treatment affects the body's immune response and the tumor environment.
