New hope for transplant patients battling returned liver cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a promising two-drug cancer treatment is safe for people whose liver cancer returned after a transplant. It will enroll 50 liver transplant patients to see if the treatment can control their advanced cancer without causing their body to reject the transplanted organ. Researchers will carefully manage patients' anti-rejection medications alongside the cancer drugs to try to prevent this serious risk.
