First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether giving focused radiation and two immunotherapy drugs before surgery can safely help treat liver cancer that can be removed. About 20 adults with resectable hepatocellular carcinoma will receive stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) followed by atezolizumab and bevacizumab, then surgery. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, with secondary aims looking at tumor shrinkage and surgical success.
