NCT ID NCT07284394

Summary

This study is for people who have had surgery to remove colorectal cancer that spread to their liver. It tests a method of delivering chemotherapy directly into the liver's blood supply to try to prevent the cancer from coming back. The goal is to see if this targeted approach works better than standard IV chemotherapy at keeping patients cancer-free for longer after surgery.
