Scientists decode liver Cancer's invisibility cloak
NCT ID NCT07432347
Summary
This study aims to understand why the body's immune cells sometimes fail to attack liver cancer. Researchers will analyze tumor tissue samples from 270 patients to identify the molecular signals that help cancer cells evade detection. The goal is to gather knowledge that could inform the development of future immunotherapies, but this study itself does not test a new treatment.
