Summary

This study is testing a combination of two immunotherapy drugs, durvalumab and tremelimumab, as a first treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It aims to see how safe the treatment is and how well it controls the cancer. The trial is for patients who have not yet received any drug treatment for their liver cancer.
