New Triple-Drug attack on liver cancer enters testing

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a third drug (lenvatinib) to a two-drug immunotherapy combination (durvalumab + tremelimumab) works better for controlling advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It will involve about 140 adults who have not yet received drug treatment for their cancer. The main goal is to see which treatment keeps the cancer from getting worse for a longer time.
