First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (two immunotherapies, a blood vessel blocker, and liver-directed chemo) to shrink advanced liver tumors that cannot be removed surgically. The goal is to make enough tumors shrink so that patients can then have surgery to remove the cancer. The trial enrolls 43 adults aged 18-75 with untreated, advanced liver cancer.
