New imaging technique could sharpen liver tumor treatments

Summary

This study tests a new imaging method called qDSA that measures blood flow during a procedure to block blood supply to liver tumors. Doctors will use it before, during, and after treatment to see if it helps them reduce blood flow more accurately. Up to 20 adults having liver embolization will join for one visit, with data collected over 6 months.
