Summary

This study is testing if lisinopril, a medication commonly used for high blood pressure, can help slow or prevent the progression of advanced fatty liver disease (NAFLD). It involves about 45 adults who already have significant liver scarring. Participants take the drug daily for 24 weeks while researchers measure changes in blood markers and scans related to liver health.
