First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 33 times
Summary
This study tests a new type of keyhole surgery (LIRRH) for people with right-sided colon cancer. It compares how well patients do over three years after surgery, including cancer recurrence and survival, versus the standard keyhole surgery. The trial also looks at short-term recovery issues like diarrhea and bowel blockage. About 120 adults aged 18-75 with early-stage colon cancer will take part.
