New blood test could revolutionize how doctors monitor testicular cancer
NCT ID NCT07376096
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood test (called a liquid biopsy) can detect and monitor testicular cancer. Researchers will collect blood samples from 200 patients at different stages of their treatment to see if cancer DNA in the blood matches what's found in tumors. The goal is to create a better tool for tracking the disease, especially for patients whose cancers don't show up on current blood tests.
