Blood hunt for hidden cancer in mysterious nerve disorders

Summary
This study is testing whether a special blood analysis can find signs of hidden cancer in people with rare neurological conditions called paraneoplastic syndromes. Researchers will collect blood from 60 participants, including patients with these syndromes and some with known tumors for comparison. The goal is to see if this 'liquid biopsy' method can help doctors detect cancer earlier in these complex cases.
