Blood test could replace risky heart biopsies
NCT ID NCT07235865
Summary
This study is testing whether a simple blood draw, called a liquid biopsy, can accurately tell if a mass in the heart is cancerous or not. It will involve about 26 people aged 12 and older who have been diagnosed with a heart mass. The goal is to see if this blood test can match or improve upon the results from traditional, more invasive tissue biopsies.
