New hope for AL amyloidosis patients: experimental drug linvoseltamab enters trials

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug, linvoseltamab, in people with a rare disease called AL amyloidosis that has returned or not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find the right dose and see if the drug can reduce abnormal proteins causing organ damage. About 220 participants will be enrolled in two phases to check safety and effectiveness.
