Summary
This study is testing an oral medication called Linprixel for adults with autoimmune hemolytic anemia that has come back or not responded to at least two prior treatments. Over 12 weeks, doctors will adjust the dose based on how well the patient responds and monitor for side effects. The main goal is to see if the drug can help control the disease by improving blood counts.
