New hope for hard-to-treat lymphoma: drug combo shows promise

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (linperlisib plus chemotherapy and thalidomide) in 180 adults with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must have certain lymphoma types and have tried at least two prior treatments.
