This study tested a program called Link for Equity in 12 Minnesota middle and high schools. The program trains school staff to be more aware of racism and its impact, aiming to reduce bullying, fights, and unfair discipline for students of color. About 518 students of color took part, and researchers measured changes in microaggressions and violent incidents over two years.
