Can gentle exercise match harder workouts for Muscle-Weakening disease?

NCT ID NCT06491238

Summary

This study is testing whether light or moderate exercise is more suitable for people with myasthenia gravis, a condition that causes muscle weakness. Twenty adults will be randomly assigned to do either light or moderate group workouts three times a week for 12 weeks. Researchers want to see if both exercise levels are doable and safe, and if light exercise can improve strength and walking ability as much as moderate exercise.
