Summary
This study is testing whether daily bright light therapy can help improve depression in teenagers who naturally stay up late and sleep in. 90 teens will use either a bright light lamp or a dim placebo lamp each morning for 8 weeks. Researchers will track changes in their mood, sleep quality, and daily functioning.
