Can colored lights be the answer to better sleep?

NCT ID NCT07465250

Summary

This study tested whether a simple light therapy routine could help adults with mild sleep problems. Researchers had 20 participants try using blue light in the morning and red light in the evening for a week to see if it helped them fall asleep faster and feel more alert upon waking. They compared sleep data from this therapy week to a week of the participants' normal routines.
