Summary

This study looked at whether different lengths of light exposure can help people with Alzheimer's disease sleep better and improve their mood and agitation. 135 participants were randomly assigned to receive 2 hours, 4 hours, or all-day morning light. The goal was to find the best light schedule to ease sleep problems without using medication.
