Summary
This study tested a non-invasive light device (Alesis OSA-1) to see if it can reduce breathing pauses in people with obstructive sleep apnea. 35 adults received six 12-minute treatments over three weeks. Researchers measured sleep events and tissue changes to check for improvement.
