Summary
This study tested whether shining a special light (photobiomodulation) on the skin or eyes can improve daytime sleepiness and mild mood issues in 80 healthy adults aged 25-65. Participants used the light at home for 2 weeks while wearing a Fitbit and providing blood and saliva samples. The goal was to see if this light therapy can boost well-being and understand how it works at the cellular level.
