First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special light treatment, called photobiomodulation therapy, can help female futsal players recover better after hard workouts. Fifteen athletes aged 18 to 35 will receive either the light treatment or a fake treatment, and their sprint and recovery performance will be compared. The goal is to see if this simple, non-invasive therapy can improve muscle recovery after intense exercise.
