Can a light helmet boost your brain? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07445945
Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive light therapy device can help improve mood and memory in older adults who feel their memory is getting worse but haven't been diagnosed with a condition. About 80 participants will use a special light-emitting headset and nasal device at home for 5 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity, mood, and thinking skills before and after the treatment period.
