Light beam targets HPV before it turns into cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether a light-based treatment can clear high-risk HPV infection and reverse early abnormal cervical cell changes. It will compare the treatment to simply watching and waiting in 225 women aged 20-60 who have HPV types 16 or 18. The goal is to see if the treatment can help the body clear the virus and prevent these early changes from progressing.
