Summary
This study is testing whether light therapy and a short education program can help people with bipolar disorder who have sleep and daily rhythm problems. The goal is to see if these non-drug approaches can improve symptoms and reduce the need for hospital stays. The research will involve 170 participants who are already receiving standard treatment for their condition.
