Summary

This early study is exploring whether daily near-infrared light therapy can help control symptoms of mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. It will involve 40 patients who will receive light therapy at home for 96 weeks while researchers track changes in memory and thinking skills. The study aims to see if this non-drug approach is safe and shows any benefit for slowing cognitive decline.
