Summary
This study is testing whether light therapy and a short education program can help people with bipolar disorder who have trouble sleeping or have irregular daily rhythms. The goal is to see if these approaches can reduce the number of days spent in the hospital. The study will include 170 adults with bipolar disorder who are already on medication.
