Bedtime light fight: can special gloes help kids sleep?
NCT ID NCT07391852
Summary
This study aims to see if reducing evening light exposure helps 5-6 year olds who have trouble falling asleep. Researchers will test three strategies: adjusting home lighting, using amber-tinted glasses before bed, or using clear glasses as a comparison. The goal is to find a simple, acceptable way to improve children's sleep timing and ease the bedtime process for families.
