Can the right light fix your Sleep-Deprived brain?
NCT ID NCT07471126
Summary
This study aims to understand how poor and irregular sleep harms brain function and thinking skills. Researchers will test whether special 'sleep-informed' lighting can help protect the brain during periods of severe sleep loss. Forty healthy young adults will stay in a sleep lab for a week, following different sleep and lighting schedules, to measure effects on their body clock, brain chemistry, and mental performance.
