Summary
This study tests whether extra diet and exercise counseling helps high-risk pregnant women keep blood sugar levels normal and avoid gestational diabetes. About 100 women early in pregnancy will receive either standard advice or a more intensive program. The goal is to see if the extra support reduces diabetes risk and improves health for mother and baby.
