Can walking and eating right stop pancreatic cancer before it starts?

NCT ID NCT06712797

Summary

This study is testing whether a 6-month diet and exercise program is practical and acceptable for people with certain non-cancerous pancreas growths (IPMNs) who are at higher risk for pancreatic cancer. It enrolled 24 adults to see if they can stick to activity goals and nutrition counseling. The main goal is to learn if this lifestyle approach is feasible before testing it in larger studies to see if it actually prevents cancer.
