Summary
This study is testing a lifestyle program to see if it can help twin pregnancies last longer and reduce the risk of early birth. It will enroll 81 women with twin pregnancies before their 14th week. The program combines nutrition advice, physical activity, and mindfulness practices, with the main goal of extending pregnancy by at least one week.
