Can exercise, diet, and meditation slow Parkinson's? new study investigates
NCT ID NCT07443293
Summary
This study is testing whether a 6-month program combining exercise, mindfulness, and healthy eating can improve brain health and potentially slow the progression of Parkinson's disease. It will involve 60 people aged 40-85 who have been diagnosed with Parkinson's or a related sleep disorder. Researchers will measure changes in eight key health areas, including thinking skills, inflammation, and physical fitness, to understand how the combined lifestyle approach works.
