First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-month program combining physical training, Mediterranean diet advice, sleep counseling, and cognitive exercises can help people with early Parkinson's disease or a sleep disorder called REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) stick to healthy lifestyle changes. Researchers will track how well participants follow the program and whether it is practical and motivating. The goal is to see if this approach can support disease management and improve quality of life.
