Summary

This study tests a 16-week lifestyle program that encourages healthier eating and exercise habits in people with multiple myeloma. Researchers want to see if these changes improve physical function, quality of life, and blood markers of aging. About 184 adults who have had myeloma for at least a year and are clinically stable will take part. The program includes in-person assessments and surveys to track progress.
