Can diet, exercise, and stress relief slow a precancerous blood condition?

NCT ID NCT06987708

Summary

This study is testing whether a comprehensive, year-long online lifestyle program can improve blood markers in people with MGUS or smoldering myeloma—conditions where abnormal blood proteins are present but haven't yet caused active cancer. About 67 adults with these early-stage conditions will follow a program focusing on mindset, exercise, stress reduction, nutrition, social connection, and emotional wellbeing. Researchers will check participants' blood at regular intervals to see if the lifestyle changes affect the levels of specific proteins linked to these conditions.
