Summary
This study looks at how lifestyle factors like diet and exercise affect memory and thinking in older Singaporeans. Researchers will test a program that promotes brain-healthy habits in 120 adults aged 60-75 who do not have dementia. The goal is to see if these changes can slow cognitive decline and improve quality of life.
