Summary

This study tests whether a lifestyle program can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) become more active and lower their risk for heart disease and diabetes. Researchers will enroll 108 adults with OCD who are not very active. The program focuses on increasing daily steps and reducing sedentary time, and the study will also check if it is cost-effective.
