Can diet and exercise slow advanced prostate cancer?

NCT ID NCT05850182

Summary

This small pilot study is testing whether a personalized diet and exercise program is practical and helpful for men with advanced prostate cancer who are on hormone therapy. Researchers want to see if this lifestyle approach can improve quality of life, manage treatment side effects, and potentially influence the cancer's progression. The study will measure how well participants stick to the program and look for early signs of benefit.
