Diet and exercise trial launches for men with advanced prostate cancer

Summary
This study tests whether a personalized diet and exercise program is practical for men with metastatic prostate cancer who are already receiving hormone therapy. Researchers will enroll 30 participants to see how many stick with the program. The goal is to improve disease control and quality of life, not to cure the cancer.
