New study aims to break social isolation for those with mental Ill-Health

Summary
This study is testing a program to help adults with mental health problems become more active and feel more connected. The program combines support from psychiatric care and community groups to encourage healthy habits and social activities. Researchers will see if it helps participants engage in work, study, or leisure. The study involves 60 people who are not currently working or studying.
