Summary
This study tests whether personalized video coaching can help adult survivors of childhood cancer improve their health and quality of life. Researchers will work with 900 survivors who have unhealthy lifestyles, offering 26 weeks of coaching focused on physical activity and diet. The goal is to see if this remote support helps people feel better and reduces long-term health risks.
