NCT ID NCT07462078
Summary
This study tested whether a structured program of diet and exercise could prevent people with prediabetes from developing full type 2 diabetes. It involved 124 adults in Egypt who were at high risk. Participants received guidance on weight loss, nutrition, and physical activity to see if these lifestyle changes could lower their blood sugar and reduce their future diabetes risk.
