NCT ID NCT05312255
Summary
This study is testing whether non-drug approaches like exercise, intermittent fasting, and adding a common blood pressure medication (propranolol) to standard treatment can improve the immune system and quality of life for people with multiple myeloma or related blood disorders. Researchers will measure changes in immune cells, stress, fatigue, and body composition. The goal is to find supportive care methods that help patients feel better and potentially improve their health outcomes alongside their cancer treatments.
