Summary
This study compares two treatments for adults aged 20-65 with chronic low back pain lasting at least a year: lumbar fusion surgery versus a multidisciplinary rehab program. The goal is to see which approach better reduces disability and improves daily life. Participants are randomly assigned to one of the two treatments and followed for up to two years.
