What's life really like years after a stem cell transplant?

NCT ID NCT00128960

Summary

This study aimed to understand the long-term physical, emotional, and social recovery of adults who survived at least three years after a donor stem cell transplant. It did not test a treatment but instead gathered information by having 173 participants fill out detailed questionnaires once a year for three years. The goal was to help future patients and healthcare teams know what to expect and improve support services for recovery.
