Summary
This study aims to understand how patients live and recover after surviving acute mesenteric ischemia, a severe and life-threatening abdominal emergency. It will follow 100 adults who were treated for this condition between 2010 and 2022. The main goal is to measure their long-term quality of life using a detailed questionnaire, as this aspect of recovery is not well understood.
